1. General Provisions

The current policy for processing personal data was created per the requirements of the 27.07.2006 Federal Law No. 152-FЗ “On Personal Data” and defines the procedures by which the individual entrepreneur Eduard Leonidovich Trymbovetskiy (“The Controller”), Individual Taxpayer Number (ITN/INN) 645003066593, Primary State Registration Number (PSRN/OGRN, OGRNIP) 319774600261535, is to process personal data and the measures by which he is to secure personal data.

2. Basic Concepts Used in the Policy

2.1 Automated Personal Data Processing: The processing of personal data by means of computing equipment;
2.2 Personal Data Blocking: The temporary cessation of personal data processing (unless processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

2.7 Controller: A public authority, municipal authority, legal entity or private individual, independently or in conjunction with other parties organising or conducting personal data processing, as well as determining the objectives for personal data processing, the content of personal data to be processed and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;
2.8 Personal Data: Any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or specifiable User of the website;
2.9 User: Any visitor to the website;
2.10 Personal Data Access: Actions taken to provide personal data to a specific person or specific group of people;
2.11 Personal Data Disclosure: Any actions taken to provide personal data to an unspecified group of people (personal data transmission) or to familiarise an unlimited number of people with personal data, including publicising personal data via mass media, distributing it in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in some other way;
2.12 Transmission of Personal Data Abroad: The transmission of personal data to the authorities of a foreign government, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity on the territory of a foreign government;

3. The Controller may process the following personal data of a User

3.1 Surname, given name, patronymic;
3.2 Email address;
3.3 Telephone number;
3.4 The site also collects and processes anonymised visitor data (incl. “cookie” files) via Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrics, Google Analytics et al.);
3.5 The abovementioned data is hereinafter covered under the general concept of Personal Data.

4. Personal Data Processing Objectives

4.1 The objective for processing a User’s personal data is to keep in contact with him or her via email;
4.2 The Controller also reserves the right to send a User announcements about new products and services, special offers and various events. A User can always unsubscribe from informational messages by emailing the Controller at with the remark “Unsubscribe from announcements about new products and services and special offers”;

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

The safety of personal data processed by the Controller is ensured to the fullest extent through legal, organisational and technical means legally required by current legislation in the sphere of personal data protection.

6.1 The Controller ensures the safety of personal data takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorised persons.
6.2 A User’s personal data shall never, under any circumstances be transmitted to third parties, except in cases where required by law.
6.3 In the event of personal data clarification, a User can make updates himself or herself by sending the Controller an email message to the Controller’s email address with the remark “Personal Data Update”.
6.4 The timeframe for processing personal data is indefinite. A User may rescind consent to the processing of his or her personal data at any time by sending the Controller an email message to the Controller’s email address with the remark “Rescission of Consent to Personal Data Processing”.

7. Transmission of Personal Data Abroad

7.1 Before transmitting personal data abroad, the Controller must make sure the foreign government, to whose territory the personal data is to be transmitted, ensures reliable protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
7.2 The transmission of personal data abroad to the territories of foreign governments that do not meet the abovementioned requirements is permitted only with the written consent of the personal data subject to transmit his or her personal data abroad and/or a completed contract, in which the personal data subject is a party.
